Eagle is the messenger to the Creator and is the protector of peace. Placed atop the Tree of Peace it alerts if danger approaches.

Corn the symbol of Fertility. Kahnawake, Quebec, Canada

Native American Mohawk Women practiced corn (maize) agriculture and they compare the gestational cycle of corn to that of women. Corn, beans and squash have been known ever since as the three sister-providers of the Mohawk people.
